Chinna Royyalu Vepudu

Ingredients

Saute
3 teaspoons butter
1 onion, finely sliced
5 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon pepper powder
¼ kg small sized prawns
peeled and deveined
Garnish
Coriander

Method
  • Melt butter in a frying pan, saute the sliced onions and garlic cloves.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, prawns, and continue to fry until dry.
  • Garnish with coriander.
